Refund policy.

Last updated October 9, 2026

We want you to be happy with Framecast. Try the free version first: it records and edits with every feature, so you know exactly what you’re buying. Only exporting needs a license.

Pay once

If Framecast isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying a license. No questions asked.

Monthly plan

You can ask for a refund of your first payment within 14 days. After that, cancel any time: you won’t be charged again, and Framecast keeps exporting until the end of the month you paid for. We don’t refund partial months.

How to ask

Reply to your receipt email, or email hello@framecast.pro from the address you bought with. Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

On your bank statement

Your payment shows as LEMSQZY* followed by our store name, because Lemon Squeezy sells Framecast for us. If you don’t recognize a charge, email us first: we’ll find the order or refund it.

What happens to the license

A refunded license stops working on all Macs at their next check-in, and Framecast goes back to the free version: it can still record and edit, but it can’t export. Your recordings and projects stay on your Mac, untouched. Share links made with the license are removed 30 days later.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Framecast is sold by Tawhid Joarder, its founder, through Lemon Squeezy.
