What do I get when I pay once?
A license key, by email and on the page after checkout. Activate it in Framecast › Settings › License, or with the button in the email. Then you can export on up to 3 Macs, and every future update is yours too.
Do updates cost extra?
No. Every future version of Framecast is included with your license, and there’s nothing to renew. Framecast tells you when a new version is out.
Why is there a monthly plan?
For a single project, or for companies that prefer to expense a subscription. Six months of it costs more than buying once, so if you record often, pay once.
Can I move my license to a new Mac?
Yes. Deactivate the old Mac in Framecast › Settings › License, or remove it on your account page if it’s gone, then activate the new one.
Do you have team or education pricing?

Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. They take the payment, add the right sales tax or VAT, and send your receipt. We never see your card.
