Talk to us.
Framecast is made by a small team, and email goes straight to its founders. Replies usually come within one or two business days.
Your license and order
- Lost your key? Enter the email you bought with on your account page. It also lists your Macs, lets you remove one and resets your key.
- A refund? Within 14 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy, then reply to your receipt or email us from the address you bought with.
- Invoices, VAT and payment questions: Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record, sends your receipt and invoice. Reply to it, or email us and we’ll sort it out with them.
- Monthly plan: cancel or change your card from the link in your receipt, or from your account page.
- Your share links: see them, copy them or delete them on your account page.
Using Framecast
The guide shows every feature with a short video and the steps. If something doesn’t work, email us your macOS version, your Mac model and what happened. A screenshot or a short recording helps a lot.
Report a share link
If a Framecast share link shows something it shouldn’t, such as illegal content, harassment or your private information, click Report at the bottom of its page, choose what’s wrong and send it. You can also email hello@framecast.pro with the link. We review every report, and take down what breaks the rules or the law.
Students, teachers and teams
Students and teachers get 40% off: email us from your school address, or attach proof of enrolment. For several licenses at once, tell us how many Macs and we’ll send a quote.
Who makes Framecast
Framecast is made and sold by Tawhid Joarder, based in Bangladesh; payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. More on the about page.
