Present live

Share your screen in a Zoom, Meet or Teams call with Framecast’s look, live: zooms where you click, your background, shortcut badges and click rings.

Start presenting

  1. Move the pointer to the display you want to show.
  2. Click the Framecast icon in the menu bar and choose Present Live….
  3. A window named Framecast Presenter opens, on another display if you have one. It shows your screen live, styled like your new recordings. To change that look, set a default in Presets.
  4. In your call, share a window and pick Framecast Presenter.

The window can stay behind your other windows; the call still sees it. Nothing is recorded.

The Presenter panel

A small Presenter panel floats on your screen while you present. The call doesn’t see it.

  • Zoom in on clicks: zooms in where you click and follows your pointer. While you type, it follows the text. It zooms back out a few seconds after you stop.
  • Zoom: how far it zooms in, from 1.5× to 3×.
  • Shortcut badges: shows the keyboard shortcuts you press.
  • Click rings: draws a ring at every click.
  • Zoom Out Now: goes back to the whole screen at once.

Stop presenting

Click Stop Presenting on the panel, or choose Stop Presenting from the Framecast icon in the menu bar. Closing the Framecast Presenter window stops it too.
